This vacation villa location is ideal as it is close to the tourist mecca yet tucked away in quiet gardens.  So close to beach strip you can see Seven Stars resort from the back deck and Cabana.

RATES

Rates shown are for 3 bedroom rental (entire villa).

  • Rates are in US Dollars

  • All rates, add mandatory 12% Government Tax and $180 cleaning fee/week

  • Electricity allowance $20/per day credit included in the nightly rate, any overage is charged on a credit card at the current island rate at check out.

  • 2 bedroom rates available upon request during low season only.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 50% deposit and signed rental agreement due upon booking

  • Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival date

  • No cancellation or refunds after 60 days prior to arrival date

  • Travel cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Awesome place! The rooms/pod were spacious. Each had their own air conditioner for comfort. The kitchen had everything. The backyard was gorgeous! Our group of 5 adults really enjoyed our stay here and would for sure recommend and come back.

We were a party of six, and with the size of the house and property, we always had enough room. The house is larger than the photos show, and the yard is also spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and utensils, and the house was clean. We used the BBQ and outdoor kitchen area for dinners. It was wonderful, and I cannot say enough about the house. I want to comment on the owner and property manager. They are very responsive and attentive. We have rented many times through VRBO and Robin and Sherryl were the best. You are in good hands with them.
